Examples and acceptance
Plan prices, allocations, rules, splits and payout schedules are illustrative and await commercial approval. A sandbox purchase stores the exact plan, rule version and these draft terms. Later edits do not silently change the stored agreement.
Conduct and account security
Keep your login and authenticator information private. Do not share accounts, exploit system errors, interfere with other users or submit unlawful content. Follow the accepted trading rules when using simulation scenarios.
Access may be suspended for review, with the stated reason recorded. Raise a support ticket to challenge a decision. Live dispute-resolution rights, refund terms and governing law must be settled by the operator and counsel before launch.
Risk and unresolved business details
Simulated performance does not predict live results. There is no guarantee of income, passing, funding or settlement. The platform makes no claim of regulatory approval or licensing.
